Engagement Policies
These policies protect both of us. They are not fine print - they are the terms of a professional relationship built on mutual respect and mutual investment.
All sessions are strictly unrecorded by either party. No audio, video, transcript, or any other recording of any session may be made, stored, shared, or used in any form. This policy exists to protect Ronda's voice intellectual property and to preserve the confidentiality of your professional development. It is non-negotiable and is confirmed in writing at intake.
A mutual non-disclosure agreement is executed before any engagement begins. Mutual means it protects you as much as it protects Ronda - your professional context, conversation content, business challenges, and all session material are held in strict confidence and will never be referenced, published, or used in any form without your explicit written consent.
Client information is never sold, shared, or referenced externally in any form. Your professional identity, context, and development work remain entirely private. Testimonials and case studies, if ever offered, are entirely voluntary and require separate written consent. No client information is ever used for marketing purposes without explicit written agreement.
Ronda's voice, tonal patterns, and any audio or recording from sessions - if ever inadvertently captured - may not be used for AI model training, voice synthesis, audio cloning, tonal replication, or any artificial intelligence purpose of any kind. This protection is explicit in the NDA and applies in perpetuity.
All Mastery with Ronda engagements are licensed for individual use only. Session content, materials, and all work produced is for the enrolled client exclusively. It may not be shared with, taught to, or reproduced for any other individual, team, or organization without a separate licensing agreement. When availability is at capacity, qualified applicants are placed on a waitlist and contacted in order as openings arise. Being placed on the waitlist is not a rejection - it reflects the deliberate scarcity of this engagement and the care with which each client relationship is held.
